1. If you wish to make a booking please contact us by either telephone or e-mail in the first instance.
2. A reservation will be held for seven days.
3. To confirm the booking please print out the booking form or request one to be sent to you by post which we will happily do and return the completed form with 25% deposit.
4. We ask for a 25% deposit with your booking and the balance to be paid one month prior to arrival.
5. Reservations made less than four weeks prior to arrival; full payment is required upon booking.
6. Cheques to be made payable to Longhunt Estates Ltd.
7. Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure so that the barns are made ready for reoccupation. Please make arrangements with the owners if you wish to arrive outside the stated times as we like to personally welcome our guests.
8. The use of the barn and amenities are at the hirers risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss, injury or damage to persons or property.
9. All reasonable care should be taken of the barn and its contents, and we ask you to leave it clean and tidy.
10. All breakages must be reported to the owners, so that those coming after you will not be inconvenienced, damage however caused during the hire period is at the hirer’s expense.
11. Cot, High Chair and stair gate are available on request. Children’s games, cards and puzzles are also available on request.
12. Well-behaved pets may be accepted by arrangement at the time of booking. No pets are allowed to sleep in bedrooms. For each week a charge of £10 per animal will be added to the weekly rate.
13. We have a no smoking policy in the barns.
